We had an issue with a DoorDash order—a gluten-free bowl arrived with granola despite our request to omit it. Since my teenage daughter has celiac disease, she had indicated “gluten allergy” but couldn’t be sure the granola that had accidentally been added was, in fact, GF. She correctly chose not to eat it. We stopped by and spoke with the assistant manager, Angelia, who handled everything exactly as we hoped. She listened, took our concerns seriously, apologized, and remade the bowl at no charge. Also-this is my favorite- Angelia showed my daughter the difference between their GF and regular granolas side by side so she could recognize it in the future and feel reassured! Mistakes happen, but Angelia’s professionalism ensured we will keep coming back to this place for awesome GF meals.

So yummy. My favorite place to go for healthy options! I love the coco berry bowl. They also have gluten free granola! Added bonus!
