Playa Bowls

I placed an order for myself and someone else. In verifying the other person's order on the phone while placing the order, I failed to ask for the gluten-free granola or no granola, as I have Celiac. When the order was brought to me and I saw the granola, I remembered I had not said anything and explained this to the lady. She said she could remake the one bowl that needed to be gluten-free, but I would have to pay for it. I fully take ownership of having not clarified the needed restriction when ordering, but would expect a place to be more accommodating when I communicated the mishap to them. With celiac, it is not an option either to just remove the granola.

This place is awesome! It has a fun vibe and a ton of great healthy options, especially is you are gluten, soy, dairy, etc. free. Their bases include coconut, banana, chia seed, green, and many more. It’s a fair price, the people are nice, and it’s quick! They also let you text the bases too, so don’t forget to ask for a sample! Give it a shot!
