Playa Bowls

I ordered bowls for my family first of all we picked them up and the allergy bowls were not separated in the bags. We ordered 4 bowls and 2 of them were allergy bowls that were gluten allergies. They ran out of gluten free granola and did not communicate whatsoever that they were. It took going back into the store to ask if we could have gluten free granola for the worker to say it. It’s not that hard to call my number on the app or tell use when we first picked up the bowls. The worker was not apologetic and was not very polite. The quality of some of the bowls were not made well with barely any toppings. Overall the experience that this location was disappointing.

I love coming here! The bowls are delicious, staff is super friendly, and cool beachy atmosphere. They also make great smoothies too! Love that they have gluten free granola as well :)
