WARNING! Not Allergen Friendly. BEWARE. When you use the words plant-based, people have expectations that it is. If it is not, you should make that clear on your website. But it seems you only care to use the latest buzzword of plant based for marketing purposes and don’t really care about people’s health or dietary restrictions. I ordered a bowl and indicated GLUTEN FREE AND DAIRY FREE on the instructions. When I showed up, it was clear the woman paid no attention to the instructions and was preparing it as normal - which has both gluten and dairy in it. The granola has gluten. And the Nutella has dairy. She tried telling me it does not. I argued with her and she checked the label and sure enough, Nutella has dairy, as I said. She said she can substitute the chocolate syrup for the Nutella. And use gluten free granola. There was no option to pick gluten free granola on the order form. Also it wasn’t even that good, and definitely not worth the allergen exposure risk. YOU NEED TO MARK YOUR MENUS WITH ALLERGEN INFO AND/OR INCLUDE OPTIONS TO PICK ALTERNATIVES. AND STOP USING “PLANT BASED” UNLESS YOU ARE TRULY PLANT BASED!
