The best bowls in Gainesville but the worst service. RUDE is an understatement by the employees this last week and today. I order the bowls on the app and usually takes me 30 minutes to pick them up and twice this week the bowls are not ready and I’m given a speech about how they have to stop what they are doing and clean and area and make special bowls. Even questioning me about if it is really a food allergy. You would think there would be a designated area that is only for gluten or dairy allergy that would remain clean. And why when I show up 30 minutes after placing my order it’s never ready because I request GF granola? And I’m lectured about it by some rude employees and then they laugh amongst themselves. Is this the service that Playa Bowls stands by? Because if so I’ll take my daily business elsewhere.
