Wonderful little gem for those who need gluten free or other allergy accommodations on the go at the airport. All the prepared items have little signs indicating what allergies they accommodate, including gluten free. They have a really nice sized yummy gluten free breakfast sandwich that Cole helped me make sure was celiac safe. Went above and beyond to check with the manager, chat about it, and do a couple extra steps to make sure I felt safe with it. (And for a *gluten free* sandwich, it was a good price, too!)

Great hot food at breakfast, mediocre hot food at lunch/dinner. Today I had dinner but I’ve had breakfast a few times and I’ve taken their sandwiches to go. If you’re looking for Michigan stuff to give to friends and family, this place has fun options. Much better options than the michigan gimmick stores. Plum market and Zingermann’s are both Michigan owned. This is -not- cheap food, but both places in Ann Arbor (and some other Detroit metro areas) are not cheap- they’re known as specialty deli/bakery/coffee and grocery store. This is the best place if you’re looking for healthy snacks, and they’re much more likely to have gluten free selections, etc. It’s very forward with all the ingredients, macros, and potential dietary concerns (including carbs). It has healthy snacks / fancy /gourmet candy. They have gum, mints, soda, and water (the three I pick up at Hudson News). It also has seating, with plugs and a bar across the back. Coffee shop has a separate checkout than the rest of the food. As for hot food dinner, today, this salmon was not good. That’s on me partially, but considering the main entree for $28 hot food with 2 sides is hard, dry salmon, definitely not great. The sides of cavatappi Mac and cheese were fantastic and I was able to grab a skim milk. This is not the store for everyone, but it fills a niche for an airport otherwise full of chain places.
