Pocahontas Pancake House

I was really excited to try this spot and was a little disappointed. Great and extensive menu with gluten-free, vegan, and healthy options. I ordered the pancake combo, and my pancakes were undercooked. They were perfectly brown on the outside, but the inside wasn't cooked through enough. My server was friendly and the restaurants decor matches it's name.

The service was great. I gave them 3 stars because even though they offer vegan options (so many places do not), they cook everything on the same grill. True vegans want to avoid cross contamination from non vegan foods. We had the waffles which are gluten-free and vegan. They are cooked in the same waffle maker as the other waffles. I hope restaurants consider this and decide to make vegan foods in separate pans or areas.

We absolutely love the breakfast food here. And the service is wonderful! No matter how busy it is the service is on top of everything and the food comes out hot and fresh! They also have gluten free options!There was also a wonderful photographer, M.J. from Hollywood pictures, taking pictures and giving free postcards. Definitely recommended!
