as someone with celiac disease (super super allergic to gluten) and a love for asian/hawaiian food, poke quickly became my fav food. i used to always order at the bolingbrook location but as soon as this one opened way closer to my house, i am IN LOVE. majority of their menu is gluten free (including their sauces!) which is awesome and i called up there to confirm a menu item wasn’t gluten free and the man i spoke with on the phone was so sweet and amazing 🫰🏼food is fresh and delicious!!! thank you so much!!^-^
