I don't know if this would be the third or fourth wave of the Great Chicago Poké invasion. If you like raw fish and rice this place may be for you. It's very similar in design to a Chipotle except y'know poké bowls instead of burritos. So pick your rice, pick your proteins, pick your condiments. There's a decent-ish variety of proteins but if you're looking for beef or pork you're out of luck (seems like AT LEAST they should have Spam but hey...) It's clean, well lit, and well executed. As for allergens: caveat emptor. I believe they have tamari in the event you're Gluten free. They do have tofu so there are options for the non-carnivores/vegans in your party. But mainly this is a paradise for pescatarians.
