Poke Serrano

The inside turned out beautiful! It’s similar to Chipotle in how you order. I got a build your own Poké and it was so so good. I really appreciate the clear labeling of gluten free items and the ability to fully enjoy the menu as someone who can’t eat gluten. There’s also a bar with draft beers. I definitely want to go back to enjoy that at some point. They’re still training and folks are new so please be patient and kind, as it might be slow service at the beginning. I think it would be helpful to have menus by the door.

I had pleasant time being here, the atmosphere and staff is just incredible! I love the variety of food they provide! From raw fish to cooked bowls (chicken, steak) and tacos?! Including gluten free and vegetarian options. After our meal we got some frozen yogurt and boba! I enjoy that I can go to two places at once. New favorite place in town, very excited that they opened!!! Oh and you can’t go wrong with the drinks, I could spend too much time here. Thank you for the experience!
