My mom has recently fallen in love with poke bowls, and these were fall-in-love-with-able. We actually each got the same "signature" bowl (The Corner) with brown rice, but I gave her my salmon and I took her eel because I love eel and dislike salmon, and she loves salmon but hates eel. The staff was friendly, quick and informative about their offerings and the restaurant was clean and nice, a good feel for lunch or casual quick dinner. Though we ordered their signature bowls, they didn't mind our obnoxious substitution situation, even though you could just put your own bowl together. Also, they have vegan, vegetarian and meat (pork, chicken) options, and (obviously) gluten free as well, so if you aren't comfortable with raw fish (or cooked fish like the eel in the bowls my mom and I got) there are still delicious choices. I know a lot of poke bowls use pineapple, but there was (ripened to perfection) mango in these ones, and it was better for it!
