When I ordered, I chose ingredients that I thought were gluten-free. However, when I got to the store, I noticed that what I ordered wasn't marked gluten-free on the menu at the store.
I spoke to the manager, and he was great! They remade my order so that it was gluten-free. The fish was fresh. And, I liked all the options that were available.
Feedback:
- It would be great if the online menu indicated what items are gluten-free. Otherwise, it might just be safer to order at the store.
- Another confusing thing is that I thought I ordered a poke bowl, but realized at the store that I had ordered the burrito. It was probably user error, but maybe it would be helpful to improve the user experience of the app.
