Why didn't I eat poke when I came to Hawaii?
The main reason was that I don't like raw fish very much, but there was shrimp and tofu.
It is also available as gluten-free and vegan, and because it contains a lot of vegetables, it is easy to prepare.
I was disappointed that there was no Chipotle in Hawaii, but I found a decent meal.
I took off one star because the seaweed was a bit fishy.
