They Make gluten-free dough (from cauliflower, EF and DF) on the spot and nightshade-free (no tomatoes alfredo sauce). Ready in 15-20 minutes as promised. Italian immigrant-owned and -operated. They're so sweet and understanding of food restrictions. Pizza can be made gluten free, pasta can be made low fod map/ Jain (no onion no garlic no eggs). The Alfredo pasta is my favorite, prices are reasonable and the portions are generous! Great service. Angel hair pasta was not my favorite, but gyro sandwich was great.
