Polka Dots And Curry

I booked Monica's class for my daughter's birthday gift which was perfect as she is gluten and dairy free. We had an amazing time, and I cannot say enough about Monica. She was warm and inviting and the class was educational and fun. I would definitely book another cooking class with Monica in the future, and we are looking forward to attending the Indian Food Festival in August!

Saturday I took a vegan saag & gluten free/vegan naan class and tonight I took Monikas Biryani class. Monika brings her family to the table as she takes us through the steps to create incredibly delicious authentic Indian dishes. Her culinary skills, family traditions and short cuts brought for me unknown knowledge of Indian food and Indian culture. Monikas classes took my taste buds on an adventure to a land I will soon visit while painting a picture of the cooks that shared there skills and love for cooking from her childhood to present. Monika is patient and kind while she helps her students to grow and find there inner chef. The universe brought Monika into my world at a Vegan meet up/market in Colorado Springs summer of 2018 where I sampled her incredibly decadent Dal and became so excited when I saw she teaches classes. Monika helps you to understand how simple and rewarding cooking from scratch is. It's that extra added ingredient of LOVE that makes the difference and Monikas light glows with it!
