If you’re ever in Heber, I highly recommend stopping by Ponderosa Café. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My kids and I all have gluten sensitivities, so eating out is usually stressful, but they went above and beyond to accommodate us.

A charming diner with options for gluten free. My omelette and potatoes were cooked in a separate pan, so thoughtful and delicious. Be sure to stop by bakery on your way out. It’s not gluten free but they did have chocolate covered strawberries which is amazing.
