Step aside Solita, Pop Pizza just took my prize for best pizza in Canberra, especially if you’re out in the burbs. We got three pizzas including a gluten free one, which my wife said is the best she’s ever had, and they were magnificent. Beautiful bases, great toppings, just the right amount of burn on the crust. Superb.

Ordered 2 gluten free pizzas tonight. A Hawaiian and a chicken pesto. I believe he makes the gf base himself and he does it well. Best base I have ever had. I'm not the one that has the gf but I share it with them. You could be easily mistaken that the base is gluten. The Hawaiian (not what he calls it). Was great. I'd prefer more pineapple. But I love lots lol. The chicken was a combination of tastes that work so well and leaves you salivating for more. While we waited we were told to get his tiramisu that it's the best in Canberra. I will have to take their word for it. Unfortunately he was all sold out. So I definitely will be back for pizza and to get my taste of tiramisu. Ok I'm back and with Tiramisu and other pizzas. The tiramisu is very light and fluffy and tastes great. The the pizzas are delicious tonight as well. The gluten pizza is great as well great tastes put together.
