Went there on Wednesday night. Ian from corporate single handedly made up for the incredibly poor service. So, truly, thank you Ian! However, the rest of the experience was so chaotic. There are no signs anywhere, my group wasn’t aware that there was a hostess stand so we sat at a table to try and order food and the staff was rude after we were told it was okay to seat ourselves. We asked where we could order food and were told to order at the bar. Order food at the bar (just a side of veggies) and 45 minutes later it still was not out. This happened to 3 people in our group and the server at the bar never pressed submit on our order, but in fact charged us for the food. This is where Ian came in to refund us and rush our orders and personally brought our food (i upgraded to a burger at this point, I was starving) to us. The food overall was very good.
My Gluten Free gang, the gluten free burger bun fooled me and I was sure I would be sick later, but I was fine, it really was just that good! The staff was not trained on GF and told me the fries were GF, but they are in a shared fryer. Glad I asked.
The golf course was packed, but the worst part is that there is no side walk AT ALL! So if you have to go to the bathroom, you have to walk through the hills of the course either through the other holes or through the landscaping. The turf of the course is slippery and, as another review said, the inside floor is insanely slippery as well. I watched 3 people slip and fall, hard, inside and nearly everyone in our group of 10 fell on the course due to the terrain and turf. I would NOT say this establishment is at all handicap friendly.
Overall we made lemonade out of lemons and gad a good time together, but if we had to pay for the night (again, thank you for making it right!), I would have been livid to pay 60+$ for that experience all in all.
