My first time at Poppies, got to say I was really impressed, great little cafe!
Coffee was nice as well as the food. I had the bacon rosti and my wife had the gluten free eggy bread. Really good choice for gluten free and they were happy to accommodate for your dietary requirements and didn't make you feel like you were putting them out or there was something wrong with you.
Will be going back when next in Ulverston.

Superb little cafe. Food was made gluten free on request and the rosti was delicious. Meats were locally sourced and also very good quality. We went on Saturday lunchtime for brunch and we're going to return for tea but they had closed. Never mind!
