My family hired Rafi to make brunch for my bridal shower this weekend and I was absolutely floored by the flavors, presentation, and variety of options he created. We had a range of dietary restrictions from strict vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and people who could eat anything and everything and Rafi truly delivered a spread that left everyone satisfied and going back for seconds and thirds (and hoping for leftovers!).
Some highlights: Roasted fingerling potatoes with preserved meyer lemon, homemade bagels (which he woke up at 3am that morning to make! By hand! Legend), oatmeal breakfast cookies which will live in my head rent free forever, tofu chilaquiles in the cutest little mini cast iron skillets. Also check out the video of him using an incredibly cool smoker to finish off the carrot lox he made for the bagels. Beyond incredible.
This is food elevated to art and I can't recommend him highly enough!
