I forgot to take a photo before my baby started digging in so this was the best I could find, but OMG we were blown away! She made the best dang allergen free cake, cupcakes and COOKIES! My baby is allergic to freaking everything- eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, nuts etc and I absolutely didn’t want her to not be able to have cake for her 1st birthday. I called dozens of bakers over 2 months who couldn’t make me anything that was both vegan and gluten free etc. I almost gave up but out of desperation decided to reach out to one more and I’m so glad I did. Mandi was so sweet, helpful and responsive. She delivered them herself and it all turned out so delicious and cute. All the guests couldn’t believe everything was allergen free. They said they tasted better than regular desserts that have all the allergens in them. Mandi has made a client for life on top of all my friends and family that will be hiring her in the future. Thanks again Mandi, you made the day!
