Really great ice cream! Friendly and very young staff, ample parking outside the ice cream shop, clean and well-kept environment, possibility of eating gluten-free too! Prices a bit high... 8.50 euros for a cup is a bit exaggerated

This isn't the first negative review I've done for Possi! Unfortunately, some very unpleasant things have happened again. I'll tell you about the misfortune this time. I order a cup specifying gluten-free, it arrives with two wafers on top: a pink heart and a round one with the Possi emblem and so far no problem except that in all these years I had never seen those wafers on Possi's gluten-free ice cream cups and so I had a doubt. I ask the waitress for confirmation who reassures me that the cup is gluten-free. Despite this she doesn't convince me and I tell her to ask whoever made the cup in question for confirmation. Moral of the story he returns apologizing and with the cup remade. I tell all you celiacs to be careful that unfortunately the staff doesn't seem very knowledgeable despite being an AIC AFC informed local. I hope that this time Mr. Possi's son doesn't respond with "she was able to write such a long review blablabla it was enough to talk about it at the checkout" absolutely everyone needs to know and be careful as you should be because you can't joke with intolerances/allergies!! !
