Easily my new favorite pizza in town. I ordered ahead before I even got to Equinox which was nice because the pizza was ready shortly after sitting down with my beer. I got a gluten friendly pizza and my gluten eating husband says he would have never known. The entire pizza, pans, and utensils used for this pizza are gluten free. However, the nature of the kitchen doesn't guarantee no cross contamination, which is the reasoning for the "friendly" distinction. We split a small and that was a perfect amount for us. If you're really hungry, I'd go a step up. I imagine this 'za is just as good left over. The carved out corner for this pizza window is so cute and they have all the necessary things for eating; utensils, plates, red pepper, oregano, napkins, etc. I didn't interact with staff since I got a text when my pizza was ready, but I don't imagine service is anything less than 5 stars. Can't wait to have again!
