Amazing friendly staff, when there was a mix up with my order with an allergy they were so apologetic, and offered to make it right. The staff at the cash are always so nice! Great healthy, gluten free option (if you opt out of the bulgar wheat)!

Every time I visit Poulet Rouge, the food is consistently fresh and delicious, never a disappointment! The portion sizes are generous for the price, and the customer service is always excellent. I especially appreciate how the cashier always greets customers with a warm welcome and is very polite. She’s always friendly and professional. The manager was also very patient and helped clear up my confusion about the gluten-free options, which was really helpful since my husband has an allergy. Highly recommend!
