It’s not often we find such a cozy and inviting restaurant with excellent service and good food. The gluten free buns are very tasty.

This review is for the restaurant only. Been wanting to go here for a long time and finally made it happen on my birthday. We called ahead and got on the list. When we arrived from Rapid our table was ready. Parking can be challenging but you can go up the little road on the back side of the lot and there is more parking up top. The atmosphere is great and exactly what we wanted and expected. The service was nothing less than perfect. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted great. We had the Filet, the Gluten Free Pasta, the Game Sampler, and the Bone-in Ribeye. Everyone in our group of 4 was very satisfied and Powder House lived up to the hype. Bonus points for having a large amount of Gluten free options on the back side of the menu. We all felt that the food was good value for the price. Being local we will be back. My new favorite place in the Black Hills.
