Pozzy Bros. Pizza

I have celiac disease and so I have to be super careful about cross contamination when I eat out - especially at Italian or pizza restaurants. I decided to try out Pozzy Bros for the first time last night and was not disappointed. When my pizza came out of the oven, I even heard one of the kitchen guys ask another employee for a clean pizza cutter - something I had entirely forgotten to ask for. I ordered a white pizza with grilled chicken and mushrooms and it was delicious. 10/10 pizza and 10/10 experience - will be coming here a whole lot more often. Thank you guys for taking food allergies seriously instead of treating them like an inconvenience, it really means a lot to people like me.
