Called in first due to severe gluten allergy before ordering through Skip, was assured everything can be prepared safely. Separate fryers and safe preparation areas, even got a kick-ass spicy donair poutine! I don't trust many places due to cross contamination, I have had no reaction thus far from this place and it was SOOOO good!! Totally worth the money any day! Thank you so much, will order again!

My daughter and I only eat donairs and donair poutines at this fantastic eatery. I have Celiac and have never had an issue eating here. We eat here every month.

I'm so happy there's a place in Edmonton where I can eat a gluten-free donair! The wrap they use is good and holds-up well. I didn't like how much sauce they put on the donair, but I will ask for less next time. I am highly reactive to cross contamination of gluten and had no reaction. The best part is that it was 1 am when I went there, and I did not think I would be able to eat out at that hour. It makes me so happy that there's a gluten-free option late on the weekends! Good job Prairie Donair! Atmosphere was ok, just cold and a typical diner feel. Prices were fair.
