Good gluten free and dairy free alternative! My girlfriend has a gluten and dairy allergy and it's hard for her to understand my love for pizza. She hasn't been able to eat pizza since she was a little kid. We ordered a large veggie with gluten-free crust and vegan cheese, and it was a hit! It really made her day. It was EXTREMELY expensive though (over $30 for a large) so it'll have to be a special occasion kind of thing. Also, the vegan cheese is kind of light on flavor so I'd recommend toppings that have stronger flavor to balance it out like pepperoni or olives.👍🏽
