Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3 (Bath Road) hotel

Ideal base for our London theatre weekend! Rooms were very clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would particularly like to mention Abdul, who was on the front desk of the restaurant. Our daughter has coeliac disease and he gave us their allergen folder to look at and check what was suitable for her and explained their procedures for reducing the risk of cross contamination. She was brought fresh cutlery and her breakfast choices were brought out directly from the kitchen, have stayed here many times and would definitely recommend.

Once again, a perfect stay. The rooms are comfy and really clean. The staff are really lovely too, in particular Agnel F in the restaurant, he was so helpful with my gluten intolerance (coeliac), I had a really tasty meal, and felt safe, knowing he, and the rest of the staff were fully aware.
