I rarely complain as a hospitality professional myself, but not sure what happened to most Long Island diners. ZERO gluten free breakfast options. WTF. It’s 2024! Very disappointing.

When it comes to diners, Premier is the best. One of our favorite places, I have a gluten allergy, and they are able to accommodate. Food is always flavorful, and as for service, we have always had a positive experience. Once their was a hiccup with the order but they were quick to resolve.
