Premier Inn Manchester Altrincham hotel

We stayed there by chance because our flight was cancelled. We arrived exhausted after a full day at Manchester Airport, where the airline Jet2 literally left us stranded without a flight or accommodation, even though we had a person in a delicate condition. At the hotel they welcomed us very well (Yvonne) and were very kind in booking a taxi for the next day to the airport. The surprise came the next morning with Greta, who spoke Spanish and was charming at all times, showing special deference to us and empathizing with the complicated situation in which we found ourselves. I wish other companies would learn from the magnificent customer service of the staff at this hotel. By the way, they had gluten-free bread, which is appreciated!!

The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because there was a big crack down the wall in my room and my room was a bit cold. But the Staff more than made up for it, all receptionists were faultless and had masses of patience despite the company I work for messing them around constantly. The restaurant didn't have many Gluten Free options for me, but done their upmost to accommodate me in other ways and even made me my own menu. So for the staff, 10/10.
