Absolutely fantastic stay, the service was fantastic and so helpful.
They were very helpful with my gluten allergy, even made sure breakfast was safe with me, showed me all the allergens etc through their book so ended up having a fantastic breakfast with gluten free bread, even toasted it in a dedicated gluten free toaster and made sure I was fully aware it was only dedicated gluten free as it was in the kitchen away from cross contamination. Hash browns was cooked separately in the oven as they don't use a fryer.
Was so good we even had food in the evening, they do not have gluten free buns however I still had a lovely starter and a great meal, very helpful with a good choice as a lot of places in Tenby that do cater gluten free was closed for the winter or alot of places didn't cater well. (I will recommend highly Fuchsia cafe which is right across the road from the hotel, they have a good gluten free selection for breakfast and brunch).
The only let down was our room. The one part the ceiling seemed out of place and the fan, even when off or not used at all, was going on through out the night but it sounded like it was faulty because it sounded like a hoover going off all night but like it was in the background.
Nothing was too much to ask of though, service was our main highlight of the hotel, will be back definitely.
We used the car park which was only 5 minutes away right next to sainsbury, long stay 24 hours was only £3.
