Gluten-free availability for breakfast, is poor for cold to non-existent for hot breakfast, however the staff did go above and beyond to try and accommodate and help me have something.
Batteries in the remote did not work they were dead upon arrival. Rang down to reception who advised someone would be up to sort.
I had fallen asleep, and my teenage son waited until 1am for someone to come. No one came? Disappointing.
However, staff when face to face with any issues were fabulous.

I haven't visited since before the Corona, and what a change. I liked it before, and now I like it a lot more.
The service is nice and helpful. The hotel is clean, including the public area.
The breakfast is suitable for all, and as a gluten-free person, I have many options and received packaged GF bread from the kitchen.
The location is perfect with everything around, and the tube is 2 minutes away and can take you anywhere
I am happy to say that this is our third stay with them, and we will keep on coming
