Not far from Johnnie Brock's, this unique and delicious restaurant really hit the spot for our family - all who have varied tastes. Our texture sensitive teen loved the garlic bread and "Toasted Raviolo" stuffed pizza while the youngest kiddo enjoyed the Mozzarella pizza.
My parents and I, who lived in Naples, Italy in the early 1990's noticed the fresh dough smell as soon as we walked in and several of the offerings took us straight back to that place in our fondest memories.
Dad got the Pappardelle and was impressed! Mom got the Ricotta Gnocchi and was really happy with her choice. Husband got the Big Mac stuffed pizza and enjoyed the flavor and the fun of it.
Best of all, I was able to order a handmade-dough gluten free Puttanesca stuffed pizza and it was delicious! The anchovies were soft cooked, unlike the Napoli version of crispy on top, but the flavors were still perfectly matched throughout. A true testament to the quality of the gluten free offering, I was able to eat my leftovers cold the next day and they were still just as delicious.
We appreciated the atmosphere, the service, and the menu on our first trip here and will definitely be back again!
(PS- The on-tap cocktails are such a clever idea and delicious as well!)
