Presst food & wine

I went here for the first time with school friends for lunch. When I stepped to the register to place my order which was the special of the day "the Smokehaus". It's pulled pork, fennel slaw, Chipotle BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese and fried onions. I ordered mine without the wrap because I am gluten free. The girl asked if I wanted it on a bowl of rice or bowl of lettuce. I answered her with neither just a bowl. She said sure. She then repeated my order to a manager or someone in charge. That person looked directly at me and said "no. We don't do substitutions." She was extremely rude to me. She then turned around and left the counter girls in limbo. I replied that I wouldn't order anything. I wasn't substituting anything just deleting.

Have known the owner John from coming to my restaurant and after talking with him I found out he has gluten free option! So my husband and I went today and it is AMAZING!! I highly recommend!! This will be a staple place to go for lunch!! Very awesome staff and friendly environment! Great job John! Thanks again!! You will be seeing us in a regular basis!!
