Our first time to this Prezzo chosen as it is close to the Bournemouth Pavilion and we knew had a gluten free menu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was fast but not too fast. We were given a window seat that was lovely. Food was good and Tesco vouchers made it good value for money. Toilets definitely need some attention - broken dispensers and generally looking tired.

Really nice that they can make any pasta dish with gluten free pasta, the pizzas/calzone looked amazing and the portion sizes were really good. There's often offers on Monday to Friday with different discount cards or codes so worth checking online as it normally includes drinks in the % off.
