Having dined previously with Prezzo, I was very disappointed to find that they are no longer Coeliac accredited and could only be “gluten friendly” and no guarantee of there not being any cross contamination. What a backward step in customer service!! As a consequence I did not dine here as I did not feel safe that allergies would be respected. I hope this is not the case in all branches of Prezzo :(

The only issue I had was at the top of the stairs therebis a door staff were in and out of and it was constantly banging when they went through it . The ambience was lovely apart from that. The main thing was the excellent selection for vegan vegetarian and coeliacs which meant my 8 year old granddaughter could eat out which is a rarety

Brilliant place to eat! The waiter was extremely helpful and nice, thank you, George! They have a large range of gluten and dairy free dishes! I had a really delicious Caltzone! Five stars 🌟
