While they have "gluten free" buns and fries which is amazing I don't believe they take allergens serious because I was definitely exposed to gluten despite asking and and ordering everything to be gluten free.

We’ve always loved Primanti but I’ve recently had to start eating gluten free. After being told on the phone that there are gluten free options we decided to try it. Our server, Tyler, was very knowledgeable about my options and was very helpful throughout the meal. We’d recommend Primanti anytime but especially now with my new diet.
