Great gluten free options - their spicy tuna rolls are delicious! I feel very safe eating there with my gluten allergy - the staff is knowledgeable and attentive!

We had an incredible dinner at Prime, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service especially from our server, George. As someone with celiac disease, dining out can be stressful, but George went above and beyond to ensure I felt completely at ease. He took the time to walk me through the entire menu, carefully pointing out what was gluten-free and what wasn’t, and confirmed with the kitchen to make sure every single item that came to the table was safe for me to eat. I’ve never felt more cared for or more confident in a dining experience. The food was phenomenal and everything was delicious and cooked perfectly but the thoughtful, attentive service made it the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had as someone with celiac. Huge thanks to George and the Prime team for making it such a memorable and stress-free evening. We will definitely be back!
