Prime 47 Carmel

Visited for the first time in honor of my birthday, and Prime 47 did not disappoint! Prime 47 has been on my bucket list, and it quickly moved to the top after viewing the menu and seeing the plethora of gluten-free options. My sister and I had the Ahi Tuna and Waygu Beef Tenderloin with Wasabi mashed potatoes and Asparagus with hollandaise sauce, which was absolutely amazing. The gluten-free chocolate molten lava cake was rich, decadent, and a true experience!

Many gluten free options. Lovely wine selection. Attentive and well trained servers. Our table had the scallop appetizer, salads, bisque, a variety of steaks, Brussels sprouts, baked potato, forest mushrooms, a bottle of red blend, dessert wine, mixed drinks, and creme brûlée. Not one negative comment at the table. I had the 6oz ribeye. It was cooked perfectly and a nice cut of meat. Thank you to the Prime Team for a beautiful dinner and especially for having a gluten free menu.
