Gluten free buns are so soft!!! Pulled pork and smoked sausage with Cajun potato wedges and green beans. Amazing

My wife ordered the potato with brisket and other toppings. She loved it.
I ordered the three meat combo with brisket, jerk chicken, and bourbon chicken, and collard greens, beans and rice, and banana pudding. All very good. Brought half of it home.
We need to know before my wife, with the gluten allergy, digs in to them. Thank you.
