Prince Lebanese Grill

Have been eating here for years but recently the quality has significantly dropped off. Went for lunch today and our waitress was a little scattered. We ordered one item, she cut us off and went to other orders at our table. My husband politely told her he wasn't finished ordering. We ordered a falafel and specifically told her we wanted it to come with our meal. It comes out a few minutes later separately. The Lebanese salad tasted okay but did not seem to have much seasoning and was absolutely swimming in water. The Spicy Lamb Hummus Bowl was cold and seemed very watery and lacked spice, where normally its a very rich spicy sauce. By the time our meal came the falafel was cold. When our waitress was delivering our food she stuck her thumb in the actual hummus on our bowl. Due to just overall food and service quality we ended up finishing our lunch date early with all dishes unfinished. We told our waitress we were dissatisfied and would have liked to speak to someone. She completely glossed over it and handed the checks over. Hovered and waited for us to pay while the other party member was trying to box up leftovers. The lady clearing tables kept trying to take plates while others at our table were clearly still trying to finish or pack up their leftovers. While this has been a staple in our safe gluten-free restaurant rotation I believe it will be a while before we return.

The food is on point! They have gluten free options which I appreciate. We went in for lunch and it was BUSY but we were seated quickly. The only issue was that we felt like the server only partially heard our order. We both asked for the spicy gyro plate, one with veggies and no pita. We got 1 regular and 1 spicy. No veg until we asked and the server took my tea glass to fill it up and disappeared for 5-10 minutes. Even with the issues, the food is amazing and we will continue to keep this place in our rotation!

Amazing Gluten free options! It's rare that we can get GF falafel but they have it here and it's delicious. Clearly labeled too and the staff was knowledgeable- our server recommended the hummus bowl which ended up being my favorite. Good vegetarian options as well.
