3/5.
As of June 26 2025, We’ve been coming here for a year. My gluten free kids 7,8,10 have had great luck showing Sundays between 1230 and 1:30, so impressed with quality and variety, Alex is a wonderful person, the whole in-shop experience is such a treat for us, however don’t place special orders
Pros— Prioritized Pastries bakes the most delicious and best variety of GF products in St Louis; Alex is so welcoming and interesting; things are reasonably priced and well portioned
Cons— after placing an order in person 3 weeks in advance and following up on instagram 1.5 weeks out, shocked by PP’s failure to deliver on my daughter’s birthday cake for her 10th birthday, it was hard to see my kids so disappointed; hours are not reliable or updated regularly in google maps ; hard to get ahold of (tried email, calling, stopping by in person, had luck once using instagram)
Recommendations — improve organization ; consumers should use caution when placing special orders with PP, have a solid back up plan ; PP may consider having a system to organize orders and verbally follow up confirming details with customers 24-48 hours prior to pick up date ; update hours on google and pick up your phone line :)
Summary — Show up Sunday at 1p and get yourself a treat but be prepared to try again next weekend if they’re closed…you won’t regret it!
