Kik was an excellent teacher and made the classes fun and interesting. She shared lots of excellent little tips and we learnt a lot. It was like being at a friend's house. The food was absolutely delicious, possibly the best we've ever eaten, especially the green curry. I'm coeliac and felt completely safe eating the food we made. The majority of the food is naturally gluten free and they have a number of gluten free sauces to use where necessary. 10/10 highly recommend for a fun activity to do in Koh phangan.
