It’s seat yourself and the staff are nice. I wish the fries were gluten-free but they are currently not. Me and my husband will definitely be back!

First time to Bryan and landed at the Proudest Monkey. First choice on Google maps and it was Awesome. We ordered Firehouse burgers and they were cooked medium to perfection. Fresh grilled jalapeños, pepper jack cheese and chipotle mayo on a brioche bun. Bbq sauce on the side was spicy and tangy. My wife had Firehouse burger in a lettuce wrap (gluten free) and she enjoyed it as well
Delicious with a beer from a great selection of craft beer in bottle. Would rate 6 stars if it was on tap.
We also had sweet potato fries, yucca and sweet plantains, cooked perfectly just like in Puerto Rico.
If you are driving by Bryan don’t miss this place. Ask for Rachel. She was friendly, helpful and just a joy with great energy telling us about here favorites. We will stop by next time we are in the area
