Classy little spot with good food/service/atmosphere and isn’t overpriced. Simple and focused quality menu with tons of shareables. Also good gluten free options. My idea of a perfect spot, highly recommend!

We used to be very regular customers here because we absolutely love their gluten free pizza. I have even catered large company events with prunella’s pizza, and we both ate in and ordered take out frequently. We had a really horrible experience this past Friday evening, and this is by far the most poorly managed restaurant I have ever encountered. We ordered two gluten free pizzas for pick up. One of them was not gluten free. The managers of the restaurant refused to make us a new pizza unless we canceled the DoorDash order and reordered it (impossible because we had already eaten some of the other pizza). They also refused to refund us, or do anything about it. Finally, they said that they would make us a new pizza if we came to pick it up - which we did, and upon arriving they refused to give it to us. At this point, we didn’t even want the pizza, it was just the service and treatment that was astonishing. There was zero remorse or apologies for giving us a pizza that we were allergic to, and they did absolutely nothing to make up for it. In fact, the two managers were yelling at my husband on the side walk about it. I am posting this review because I have tried to get in touch with schulson management to discuss the experience, but my calls and emails have not been answered. People should know how this restaurant treats customers, and especially that if you have allergies, you should NOT come here. Even though they offer gluten free options, they clearly do not care or take the time to make sure they put orders in correctly or serve customers what they ordered. I have never in my life written a bad review for a business, but this was a very, very disappointing and upsetting experience.
