Publix Super Market at Gateway Mall

I shop here all the time with my husband! Shout-out to the seafood counter you guys are great! Ok don't for get the deli and bakery too! But a few days ago I actually had an issue. The gluten free bread on the bread aisle was still not restocked (been at least 2 weeks, maybe longer...) there have been only bagels and they were in all the different sku spots so the bread vendor wasn't filling the actual loaves of bread - sorry I really wanted toast!! I brought this up with the manager on duty because knowing that it's stocked by an outside vendor I had a feeling the store didn't even know the issue existed. The manager was so nice! He agreed that the only loaf available (1 inch tall no lie ... That's not even bread!! It was ridiculous.) and the expired English muffins - none were within the current date, and only like 10 packs of bagels. In any case, the manager was so nice and understanding, and helped me locate frozen gluten free bread. I was skeptical, but it was a brand I've never tried and frozen... Which was kind of weird to me. When I got home though, it was so good!! I am switching to this new brand!! I have to give him a shout out. Thank you so much! I didn't catch his name, but I am so appreciative of his help! Trust that if I could eat the regular bread and pastries I 100% would, but finding this new and better GF bread is such a great ending to the frustration of simply wanting a piece of toast. Thank you all for continuing to have excellent customer service!
