Publix Super Market at Kennerly Crossing

This Publix has been going downhill over the past few months. There's a 50-50 chance they won't have things as normal as broccoli now. Definitely don't order anything online because it will be a minimum of 15 minutes late, probably closer to 30, and the past 3 subs I've ordered have been wrong. Don't even try to order the gluten free wraps because I can't remember the last time they have had those available. I've been going here since 2018 and it has always been amazing but it's been going downhill fast. Most of the employees are great but there's a decent amount who just don't care about anything and it shows.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. They keep the cashier lanes well staffed so you're not waiting forever like some stores nearby that have only one or 2 lanes open. Store is clean and peaceful, you don't see police pulling up often like I've seen in other places. They tend to carry more health conscious items like organic or gluten free foods. Their prices may seem a bit higher than average on some items but it's worth it if you value what I've described above.
