The only you'll experience a more authentic Neopolitan pizza is by flying out to Naples. Pupatella is fortunately much closer, and you don't have to go through airport security to get there.
The Margarita DOC, Spinach and Burrata are some of my favorites. The Brussel Sprouts are a nice way to start your meal. Part of what I love about the pizza is that the flour is sourced from Italy, as is the sauce and buffalo mozzarella. The result is a dough that suits the pallette of many who struggle with gluten allergies, as well as one that is super light. You don't feel bloated after eating a pie at Pupatella.
