Guinguette on the beach is very practical for lunch. I am celiac, I was able to eat the tomato, mozzarella and Parma ham and had no problems. For celiacs / gluten intolerant or sensitive: they are aware of the risks of gluten but the choice is very limited so it is practical for a quick fix but not ideal either. Especially my small plate cost €14 so I find that very expensive. My boyfriend had a pizza (he is not celiac) which looked pretty good. Very pleasant beach
